The Dynamic Classroom platform was developed by the team of Prof. Dr. Sc. (Econ.) Rumyana Papancheva and is part of a model for the realization of an effective educational process. The main highlights of the development of the platform are access to ready-made interactive resources with rich inter-subject connections, access to developed team tasks and access to additional resources such as learning projects or STEM tasks and experiments. The content provided by the DYNAMIC CLASSROOM platform is one piece of the puzzle of the whole dynamic model for effective education. In addition to the content, the methodology of work, the integration of technologies, the use of alternative forms of work with students, the management of the learning process and the qualification of teachers are important.
The team working on the platform includes educators, convinced of the importance of education and committed to their vocation to be teachers, awakeners, and motivators.
The platform is the fruit of the common work of educators, programmers, designers, and artists. It is the result of years of work towards content development and implementation in the practice of a competence approach in education.

How do we motivate the kids to study?
We can teach something to someone who wants to be taught. Therefore, to succeed in the educational process in school, we need to have students who want to study. And that is the biggest challenge the teacher faces today.
There are many motivating factors, but students' motivation is especially closely related to their attitude towards the teacher. That is why the teacher must be able, at the right time, according to the specific conditions and specific students, to take out of the "pocket" the most appropriate methods and forms of work and the most appropriate tasks. These are the innovators.
The teacher is not only a teacher but also an educator. As important as it is to give, it is also important to build "real people" – good, empathetic, engaged, balanced, and organized.

How do we make the classes interactive and motivating for our students?
Children have a natural interest in everything that surrounds them. The teacher must capture this interest and maintain their quest to learn more. And this is a real challenge in the modern technological world filled with a huge amount of information. The learning material should be presented in such a way as to provoke an interest in active participation in the learning process of the child, through which his cognitive abilities develop and permanent and complex knowledge is formed.

It is allowed to express the students and develop different competencies. What I appreciate very highly in the educational platform is the Team Tasks section. Worksheets with all the necessary materials for printing and direct application in the learning process are prepared. Instructions for conducting teamwork are also given.
The formation of team skills prepares adolescents to get into the adult world – to cooperate, communicate, resolve conflicts peacefully, to build sociocultural competencies necessary for a full existence now and in the future.
